Banco National Park

Banco National Park is located in the south-eastern Ivory Coast and it lies north of Abidjan which is the national capital immediately north of Abidjan, the national capital. This was gazetted as a national park in 1953 and it covers a total land area of 300km² and it serves as a recreational centre for the most parks’ inhabitants with a vegetation type of tropical hardwood tree plus some shrubs.

African civet, genet, bush buck, duiker, and monkey roam the park. The park serves primarily as a recreational centre for the inhabitants of Abidjan.
