Despite its unassuming appearance from the main road, the restaurant’s interior is tastefully decorated, albeit somewhat marred by excessive concrete. However, I was slightly deterred by a group of Russian men who were smoking at one of the tables.
Red Rooster. It is a well-known fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in succulent roasted chicken, alongside a variety of tasty burgers, fries, and salads. The establishment also boasts a trendy bar and nightclub with an inviting atmosphere. Patrons can enjoy their delectable food selection while immersing themselves in the lively ambiance. Additionally, Red Rooster offers clean and reasonably priced accommodations for those seeking a comfortable stay.
Carpe Diem. It is a serene and well-managed establishment in Entebbe and it offers a remarkable ambiance for an enjoyable evening. The peaceful atmosphere allows guests to relish the breathtaking sunset while being treated with exceptional service and delectable cuisine. A visit to this must-see destination guarantees an unforgettable experience, complemented by the delightful presence of Lake Victoria and Entebbe International Airport’s runway.
Gaucho Grill. Gaucho Grill is a Ugandan eatery that offers a unique twist on the traditional Brazilian steakhouse concept. They serve an array of meats, including unconventional options like crocodile, rabbit, duck, and goat. The sides such as chips (French fries) and salad are enjoyable. However, some cuts of meat lacked quality due to toughness and excessive gristle. Patrons often experienced long waiting times between different meat servings. Nonetheless, the service provided by staff was attentive and prompt.
Arthur’s Spot. Arthur’s Spot is a grill that offers a delightful dining experience. The restaurant stands out for its fantastic assortment of grilled dishes, which are cooked to perfection. With an inviting ambiance and friendly staff, Arthur’s Spot guarantees a pleasurable visit for patrons seeking quality meals. The menu features a wide range of delectable options prepared on the grill, presenting customers with an array of tantalizing choices that cater to various tastes and preferences.
KFC Victoria Mall. The fast-food chain KFC, located in Victoria Mall Entebbe, is renowned for its signature buckets of fried chicken alongside a variety of sides and wings. Although the prices are comparable to other tourist-level restaurants, the air conditioning could benefit from improvement as it tends to be warm. Additionally, service may be slow at times. However, KFC does accept credit cards as payment.
The place is so nice with a good customer care and the parking is enough, lights are okay.
Pizza night. This restaurant offers a picturesque environment with comfortable seating areas scattered throughout. There are small bodies of water, adding to the natural beauty. Families can enjoy their stay in the spacious family rooms for two nights. The menu includes hot and irresistible pizzas, and the owners are known for their exceptional hospitality. The staff is extremely helpful as well. If you visit this place, make sure to try their special soup called Malaika House Soup.
Cafe Tenda. Cafe Tenda is a charming establishment located by the roadside, boasting a delightful atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements. The ambiance exudes a pleasant feel, complemented by ambient lighting and a friendly environment. This café offers excellent tea choices that are highly regarded. However, while the food is decent, it does not quite live up to its price tag. On average, patrons can expect to spend around $15 for a meal here, yet it would be more fitting if priced at $8.
CASSAVA REPUBLIC. CASSAVA REPUBLIC is a remarkable venue with a relaxed and inviting ambiance, supported by an exceptional team. The menu offers superb cuisine alongside an impressive assortment of beverages. On Fridays, they host “Bucket Night,” where patrons can purchase a bucket containing five beers for UGX 15,000. Additionally, the bar features a large television broadcasting European football match. For those who may require accommodation, CASSAVA REPUBLIC also provides four charming rooms for rent on-site.
FUDI Fast Food. It is situated in Entebbe and is renowned for being the ultimate vegan dining establishment. With a wide array of plant-based dishes on offer, this eatery has garnered a reputation as the best in town. Not only does it provide an extensive selection of vegan cuisine, but FUDI also boasts a pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service. The delightful ambiance adds to the overall appeal of this restaurant, making it an enjoyable place to dine.
Palms Beach Restaurant. The establishment offers a delightful location by the Victoria lake shore, providing a pleasant atmosphere with a gentle breeze and a small beach for children to enjoy. However, it is worth noting that the service may be slow, so it is advisable to carefully consider your orders if you are pressed for time. The restaurant boasts an exceptional view of the lake both during the day and at night, creating a captivating ambiance. Moreover, their fish dishes are renowned for their quality and freshness.
Cafe Jambo. It is a charming eatery located conveniently on a main road, boasting plentiful parking space. This establishment offers an impressive selection of delectable dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, Cafe Jambo provides delivery and takeaway services for those on the go. The food served here is exceptional and prepared to perfection, showcasing five-star quality. Furthermore, customers can expect top-notch service from the friendly and accommodating staff.
Cafe Aviato Restaurant and Bar. Located at MOGAS Entebbe Airport, offers a serene environment with beautiful surroundings and ample parking facilities. The establishment provides excellent customer service and serves tasty yet affordable local dishes. However, the prices of certain items may be considered high. Nonetheless, it is worth visiting as you will not be disappointed by your experience at this restaurant.
